This bar is made using trinitario beans from two farms owned by the Sukrama family who cultivates 8000 cocoa trees over 7 ha in the Melaya area in the western part of the island. Once harvested these beans are processed by Bertil Åkesson in Notting Hill, London to make one of his big Å bars.
